Due to other commitments, I am presently not teaching any children's classes.
I will be offering summer yoga/journaling workshops for teens on the North Shore.

Yoga games, postures, developmental movement and storytelling to increase strength, flexibility, focus, body awareness, coordination and stress-relief/relaxation.​

  • Kids Yoga: Ages 5-7 & 8-12

  • Teen Yoga: Ages 13 and up

  • Yoga for  Sport
